picture heavy post!
so my weeks have been hectic but lazy due to a terrible cold that just will not go away! sorry if there isn't much content other than photos for this update!
week 27
i caught a nasty cold from somewhere and struggled all week to do anything. we went to our weekly appointment only to find out from the cardiologist that Lincoln's little heart was skipping a beat. the cardiologist said to cut out coffee, even though i was only having maybe 1 cup 2-3 times a week. other than those 2 things, i spent the week in bed trying to get rid of my nasty cold.
week 28
spent the week still trying to get rid of my cold. went to our weekly appointment and lincoln's heart has improved - still a slight skipped beat, but much better than the previous week.
my girlfriends also threw me a baby shower. here are some pics taken by my friend Judy Nguyen of

week 29
i was so exhausted from the shower that i basically rested all week and was still recovering from the residual yuckiness of my cold. it really sucks to be pregnant with a cold cause you can hardly take anything strong enough for it to go away! i was well enough to go to my friend's bridal shower though so the week wasn't all too bad.

lincoln's little heart is such a fighter. it's getting so much better! who would have thought that one cup of coffee every so often would have such an effect on his tiny little heart. our little man is such a brave fighter!
to close things, here are a couple of videos of the twins' faces! reagan's is still a little hard to make out cause of her placenta still covering her face... but just look hard enough and you'll see her!
